Ho Wah Genting Berhad ("HWGB" or "the Company") announced on 25 September 2017 it had entered into a Shareholders Agreement with Dufry International AG, a member of Dufry Group (“Dufry Groupâ€), to incorporate a company (“JV Coâ€) for the operation of a duty and tax free shop in SkyAvenue mall located at the popular tourist spot in Malaysia, Genting Highlands Resort, Pahang, Malaysia
