to announce that the company has been appointed as the exclusive distributor of
Twin Oxide Southeast Asia Sdn Bhd (“Twin Oxide”) for the distribution of
its TwinOxide®
products in Malaysia and
Indonesia retail segment.
Dviria
Nano Tech Sdn Bhd, formerly
known as Rex Oriental Sdn Bhd,
is a wholly-owned subsidiary of main-board listed company Ho Wah Genting Berhad
(HWGB, 9601). The group has recently made an announcement to diversify its
existing businesses to include the healthcare-related industry such as the
dietary supplement, biotechnology and healthcare technology sub-segments.
The company has on yesterday entered into an
agreement with Twin Oxide Southeast Asia Sdn Bhd for the appointment on an
exclusive basis to market, promote, distribute and sell TwinOxide®
in Malaysia and
Indonesia retail segment. The above appointment is for a term of five (5)
years, extendable for an additional five (5) years by both Parties mutual
agreement in writing.
TwinOxide®
is a transportable
non-explosive two-component chlorine dioxide. It is an eco-friendly product that generates
chlorine dioxide solution for application as disinfectant for industrial water
treatment, livestock, horticulture, oil & gas, food & beverages, meat
& poultry, fishing industry, commercial & institutional, recreation
& leisure, marine, pulp & industry, textile & desalination and
general healthcare purposes.
