D’VIRIA IS THE FIRST MOH APPROVED CHLORINE DIOXIDE SURFACE DISINFECTANT IN MALAYSIA

KUALA LUMPUR, 26 JULY 2021 – DVIRIA Nano Tech Sdn Bhd (“D’VIRIA NanoTech” or the “Company”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ho Wah Genting Berhad (“HWGB”) (Bursa Stock Code: 9601), has been granted approval from the National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (“NPRA”), the Ministry of Health Malaysia for its D’VIRIA Nano Chlorine Dioxide (CD)  disinfectant for surface disinfectant for the period from 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2023. Hence, D’VIRIA Nano CD disinfectant is the first NPRA’s approved surface disinfectant in Malaysia using Chlorine Dioxide.
 
D’VIRIA Nano CD disinfectant is a multi-purpose disinfectant that can be utilized on surfaces and on air through D’VIRIA NanoTech’s atomizer. The disinfectant can eliminate up to 99.99% of viruses and bacteria while ensuring user safety without losing its effectiveness. D’VIRIA Nano CD disinfectant's main component is the Chlorine Dioxide solution and it is known for its sanitizing property and the US FDA also put forward its stamp of approval on Chlorine Dioxide in food processing plants for sanitizing and controlling bacteria and mold. Thus, reassuring its safety for commercial and domestic uses by the public.
